Funeral Services

Required Documents:

Medical Death Notification issued by a physician (If your general practitioner is unavailable, our agency can provide a certified doctor.)

If the death occurs in a hospital, the notification is issued by the attending physician in the respective department.

ID card or passport of the deceased.

For burials in an existing family grave, the following additional documents are required:

Receipt proving payment for the grave site.

Document verifying family relationship with the previously deceased and the currently deceased: Certificate of inheritance Marriage certificate Birth certificate Baptismal certificate Certificate of kinship or family status

If the deceased is not a direct heir, a written declaration of consent signed by all heirs is required, using a template form provided by the technical services department.
